Position Summary: The RN Supervisor will oversee night staff operations, including administrative tasks such as report review, on-call management, and staff assignment during shifts. Additionally, the role involves delivering high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their healthcare needs are met and exceeded.

Supervise night staff and manage administrative duties effectively. Provide exemplary nursing care to residents, prioritizing their wellbeing and comfort. Requirements:
Active RN License in the State of Iowa. Previous experience in long-term care, senior services, or hospice preferred. Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience for supervisory role. Benefits:
