Location: 592 West 1350 South, Woods Cross, UT Your Role & Responsibilities include: Completes assessments and plan of care on assigned patients and provide individualized nursing car Administers medications as assigned, serves as a resource for knowledge of medication uses, educates residents about their medications, checks for proper medication orders, dosage, side effects and documents medications Responds to and assesses resident's medical needs Promotes and provides health care teaching to residents Functions as a leader on the unit to ensure the unit is operating in a safe and therapeutic manner Qualifications Your skills & qualifications include: Valid Utah RN license or license eligible to practice in Utah At least 2 years experience in the psychiatric/behavioral health nursing field is preferred, but NOT REQUIRED.
