Position Overview: As an RN in our senior living community, you'll play a vital role in delivering compassionate care and support to our residents. Your responsibilities include conducting assessments, administering treatments, and providing education to promote resident wellness and safety. Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive resident assessments and develop personalized care plans. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures following established protocols. Monitor resident responses to interventions and collaborate on care plan adjustments. Educate residents and families on health promotion and self-care techniques. Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR) systems. Provide mentorship and support to nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications:
RN with current state licensure. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required. 1 years of clinical experience in senior living, long-term care, or related settings. Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills. Proficiency in EHR systems and technology for documentation and communication.
