In your capacity as a Skilled Nursing Facility, Registered Nurse - RN, you'll assume a crucial role in overseeing patient care within the senior living setting. Your responsibilities include supervising a dedicated team, ensuring compliance with regulations and facility protocols, and coordinating personalized care for residents in collaboration with other staff members. As an RN, you'll also manage certified nursing assistants, handling tasks such as work assignments, staffing schedules, and recruitment.
