Verify accurate and complete preparation of supplies instruments equipment and specialorder implants/instruments preoperatively. Opens and dispenses sterile items safely and accurately. Assess special needs related to patient history surgical procedure positioning needs and length of planned surgical procedure. Counts sponges sharps and instruments with scrub person. Accurate charge capture for items utilized in the Operating Room for patientspecific charges.
