Full job description Job Title: Registered Nurse - MedSurg / Telemetry Shift: Days/Evenings/Nights Duration: 13 Weeks Contract Pay rate: $90/hourly Job Description: Studying patients' medical history, test results, and treatment plans. Tracking routine heart rate, blood pressure, and pulse oximetry measurements. Monitoring, interpreting, and recording data from specialized medical technologies and equipment. Administering medication and performing treatment interventions in consultation with healthcare specialists. Maintaining and updating ward charts, patient files, and medical records. Instructing Telemetry Unit staff on patient care and treatment plans. Requirements: RN License & BLS - Required Strong oral communication skills to interact effectively with patients, physicians and other staff Leadership skills to direct the efforts of other staff and provide effective coaching Knowledge of health information software used to maintain patient records Multitasking ability to monitor and care for multiple patients at once Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Thanks & Regards Micky Mel Job Types: Travel nursing, Contract
