Job Title: Registered Nurse - ICU
Location: Columbus, OH
Company: United Healthcare System
Shift: Night Shift
Job Type: 13 Weeks
Responsibilities:
Provide expert nursing care to critically ill patients in the intensive care unit (ICU) or critical care unit (CCU).
Monitor and assess patients' vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and respiratory status.
Administer medications and advanced treatments to stabilize and support patients' conditions.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Respond promptly to emergent situations and provide advanced life support interventions.
Maintain meticulous documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and responses to treatment.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
Substantial experience in critical care nursing in an ICU or CCU setting.
Proficiency in advanced life support interventions.
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
Strong critical thinking skills and effective communication abilities.
