Position Overview:
We are currently seeking RNs to join our team in a Residential Group Home, located in the scenic Boulder/Longmont Area. As an RN, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents. The staffing ratio is 4:1, allowing for personalized care and attention.
Job Type: Full-time and Part-time positions available
Shifts: Night shifts offered
Responsibilities:
-Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and health assessments
-Monitor residents' health status and respond promptly to any changes or emergencies
-Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
-Educate residents and their families on health management and self-care techniques
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
Qualifications:
-Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado or Compact License
-Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
-Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
-Prior experience in a residential group home or similar setting preferred, but not required
