Registered Nurse Educator - RN Case Manager Responsibilities: Assist with implementation and supervision of Preceptor Program Identify promising staff members and mentor along various appropriate career tracks within ADMS Occasionally lifts with assistance, objects greater than 150 lbs. Act as a mentor and role model for all staff Acts as independent auditor for all units. Administers high quality program opportunities in a variety of settings that promote the health of patients, staff, and the reputation of Atlantic Dialysis Management Services and its affiliates. Is an expert in the field of dialysis and offers expert opinion for all aspects of dialysis. Develop educational and training programs as assigned and requested by ADMS units, including, but not limited to: Licensed and currently registered as a Registered Professional Nurse. Graduate of an approved school of nursing and holds a Diploma, Baccalaureate or Masters Degree. One year experience in the provision of nursing care in an acute care facility. Home Care experience preferred. License: A current Registered Nurse License Skills: Teaching strategies, technical, organizational, management, office, interpersonal, problem solving, nursing, critical thinking, active listening and learning, monitoring and assessing, public speaking, system analysis and evaluation.
