Responsibilities: ? Provide nursing care to dermatology patients
? Provide telephone triage, patient education, direct patient care, documentation with follow-up and coordination with ancillary services and related departments
? Provide functional supervision to allied health staff
? Maintain accurate and timely records for dermatology patients
? Work with providers to develop and carry out clinical standards of care for various patient diagnoses
? Dermatology clinical resource to other MM Dermatology Clinics
Expectations: ? Demonstrated ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize, problem solve, delegate effectively, and to work with minimal supervision as evidenced by interviews, evaluations, and references
? Demonstrated efficient computer skills while working in an electronic medical record
? Critical thinking skills, able to coordinate and perform multiple activities and problem solve
? Proven leadership ability, to include: initiative and creativity, setting goals, promoting teamwork and accountability
? Ability to practice independently and efficiently
? Active Michigan RN license
? Minimum of 3 years, out of the last 5 years, experience providing care to adult patients
? Minimum of 2 years, out of the last 5 years, experience working with dermatology patients, including but not limited to, psoriasis, inflammatory skin conditions, dermatitis, and cancerous conditions.
? Proficiency with documentation of patient encounters in electronic health record, e.g., Epic
? Experience with patient/family education
? Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills as evidenced by interviews, evaluations, and references

Shift/Hours/Days: 8 hour shifts, Monday through Friday, some Saturdays may be required (nontraditional including weekends/holidays commitment). Hours will be variable based on patient and volume needs, with flexibility required.
Location: Domino?s Farms Dermatology Clinic with potential to work in other dermatology locations.
All new employees will be expected to float to a designated unit(s) in times of low census.
