Summary: This position is responsible for assuring the delivery of quality educational activities for the medical staff that will improve their ability to provide excellent services to our patients and their families. Responsible for the overall design, development, and evaluation of accredited medical educational activities for CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Health Care and Children's Hospital of San Antonio. Maintains TMA accreditation requirements, facilitates annual CME Program Evaluation and Analysis, and assures ongoing TMA CME accreditation renewal.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Master's degree in Education, Business, Nursing or other appropriate discipline is preferred. Conducting educational programs and facilitation Communication, organizational and interpersonal skills; be outgoing, perceptive, and self-motivated with the ability to work harmoniously with a wide variety of people Ability to manage multiple projects, people, system and priorities simultaneously. Ability to plan, prioritize, organize and evaluate own work and that of others. Ability to quickly anticipate and adapt to changing situations and to integrate program planning and delivery for individual specialties or for the organization as a whole. Excellent Computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and other Databases as needed) Five (5) years current leadership/management/education experience is required. Progressive, current leadership and education experience is preferred.
Texas RN License required.
Work Type: Per Diem As Needed
