Requirements
• Graduate from a nursing program required; Bachelors or Masters in Nursing preferred• Bachelor's degree in Nursing must be obtained within three years of hire• Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Minnesota required• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required• Previous experience in mental health nursing preferred• American Nurses Association (ANA) Psychiatric - Mental Health Certification preferred• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) initial and ongoing training required• Must be an external candidate to be eligible for sign-on bonus• Previous employees qualify for sign-on bonus if they have not worked for CentraCare/Carris for at least 9 months at the date of hire• Must accept a position that offers benefits to be eligible for relocation assistance bonus• Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud Hospital and relocate to within 30 miles of it for relocation assistance bonus
