Responsibilities
•Patient Care:Demonstrates consistent use of nursing process in daily practice and manages more complex patients with minimal assistance.
•Knowledge and Skills:Identifies personal learning needs to be competent in area of practice; independently performs advanced skills; begins to assist others to develop skills using the teaching/learning process.
•Professional Relationships/Leadership:Initiate and effectively demonstrate behaviors which result in positive patient outcomes through group process; identifies need to change own practice based on PI/QI outcomes.
•Quality Improvement/Research:Expands understanding of research process and the specific application to nursing practice
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
