Responsibilities
• Complete comprehensive nutritional assessment on each client.• Counsel clients on well-balanced nutrition in individual and group sessions.• Prepare individualized guides considering client's needs and concerns.• Provide weekly individual nutritional counseling for clients and family.• Conduct appropriate nutrition education groups.• Provide updates on client's nutritional status and complete required documentation.• Participate in business development and communicate effectively with other departments.• Maintain client's protected health information and participate in training activities.• Utilize supervisory feedback to improve performance and perform quality improvement activities.• Perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
• At least 1 year experience as a Registered Dietitian.• Licensed in the state of PA.• NPI and CAQH application completed (preferred).• Experience working in Community and/or Sports Nutrition (Preferred).• Self-motivated and able to work in a collaborative team environment.• Comfortable and able to work as a telehealth provider.
