Your Role:
As the Regional Vice President of Sales, you'll play a pivotal role in steering the sales and marketing strategies across our multi-branded hotels in your assigned region. You will guide the property level Directors of Sales, ensuring the implementation of effective strategies that aim to boost profitability and elevate the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the shift in market share through strategic planning and insight from industry reports.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance sales across various hotel services, ensuring profitable operations.
Direct all sales activities, achieving budgeted goals and enhancing Revenue Generation Index (RGI).
Oversee advertising efforts to maximize consumer engagement and sales.
Collaborate with the General Manager in the hiring, training, and supervision of on-property Directors of Sales.
Conduct detailed quarterly sales property visits, providing insightful reports and action plans.
Engage in direct sales efforts alongside Directors of Sales and conduct regular one-on-one meetings.
Ensure the adherence and execution of all standard operating procedures related to sales and marketing.
Provide regular reports to the corporate team and participate in weekly revenue meetings and quarterly calls to foster collaboration and strategic alignment.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and sales methodologies to optimize profitability.
Maintain positive employee relationships, promoting a culture of morale, productivity, and efficiency.

An individual with a robust background in Multi-Unit or Multi-Brand Hospitality Sales, possessing a passion for excellence, innovation, and leadership.
