Our esteemed client in the Food/Beverage industry is currently seeking a highly qualified Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand their sales operations within a designated geographic area. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking abilities, and effective communication skills to drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and lead a high-performing sales team. This role will be based in Los Angeles, CA and will be on a hybrid in-office schedule.
What You'll Do: As a Regional Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve regional revenue and growth targets. The candidate will analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business expansion. The Regional Sales Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. They will lead by example and actively participate in sales activities, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures. The Regional Sales Manager will identify new market segments, distribution channels, and business opportunities for growth.
