Regional Sales Manager

Position Overview: The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team in a designated region in order to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth. This person will be responsible for developing and sustaining relationships with clients, providing customer service, and identifying new business opportunities. The Regional Sales Manager will be knowledgeable about pump and vacuum technologies, rotating equipment, and flanges, and must have a proven ability to generate leads and develop business.
Key Responsibilities: Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Managing the sales team, providing feedback and coaching. Building relationships with customers and responding to customer inquiries. Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads. Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the pump and vacuum industry. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the pump and vacuum industry. Knowledge of rotating equipment and flanges. Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships. Proven track record of developing new business and generating leads.
