Job Title: Regional Quality Manager
Location: Multiple Locations - 75% Travel Required

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Quality Improvement Initiatives: Spearhead efforts to enhance product quality, delivery, and cost-efficiency across various plants.
* Quality System Management: Create, update, and maintain critical documents, including Quality Manuals, workstation procedures, and visual standards.
* Strategic Audits and Compliance: Conduct detailed audits of finished products and enforce process corrective actions in collaboration with manufacturing leadership.
* Data-Driven Quality Enhancement: Utilize Quality Reports to implement effective Root Cause Analysis and transform corrective actions into preventative measures across facilities.
* Process Optimization: Work closely with Engineering during new product introductions to assess technical capacities and identify potential risks.
* Team Leadership and Development: Train and develop quality team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
* Customer and Supplier Engagement: Manage customer relationships through periodic visits and align product testing and verification processes with suppliers to ensure quality standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. In lieu of a degree, significant experience (3-5 years) in Quality Management or Continuous Improvement roles.
* Travel Requirement: Must be willing to travel approximately 75% of the time to various plant locations.
* Skills: Exceptional communication skills, leadership qualities, teamwork orientation, decisive judgment, and a strong analytical mindset are essential.
* Experience: Direct experience in leading quality improvement initiatives, developing quality documentation, and managing cross-functional teams.
