Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers, Office Managers, and pursuit leads to strategize and execute regional marketing and business development efforts. Spearhead the proposal process, from development to management, ensuring optimal scheduling, resource allocation, and pursuit strategy. Take the lead in hiring and nurturing top-tier marketing talent within the region. Stay abreast of industry trends and tools, sharing insights with the team to maintain our competitive edge. Provide meticulous review and quality control of all marketing materials and submissions. Coordinate high-level pursuits and contribute to strategic decision-making. Facilitate the writing and editing of both technical and non-technical proposal sections. Drive interview preparation, guiding presenters and coordinating with external partners to ensure a polished performance. Conduct client account analysis and contribute to win planning sessions. Actively participate in business development meetings, offering valuable insights and contributing to revenue forecasting and proposal strategy. Oversee CRM database management within the region, ensuring adherence to standards. Support external marketing activities such as conferences, open house events, and trade shows. Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Communications, or a related field preferred. 10-15 years of experience in similar or related roles.
