Pressed Juicery is hiring a Regional Manager in the San Francisco Bay Area/Northern California.

Job Purpose:
The Regional Manager will contribute to Pressed Juicery's success by providing leadership and strategic planning in their respective Region or territory. The Regional Manager oversees the overall operations of the assigned region with direct reports, including Area Managers, & Store Managers. The Regional Manager provides leadership and direction to all direct reports to create an environment that ensures guest satisfaction and maximum productivity and profitability. This role is accountable for all determined KPIs, including but not limited to hiring, training, and developing Area Managers, Store Managers, sales performance, operational excellence, and compliance within their assigned Market. This role is ultimately accountable for all aspects of their region's performance and serves as an ultimate decision-maker for their region.

Key Areas of Responsibility include, but are not limited to:
Exceeding same stores' sales and plans.
Monitoring and analyzing regional performance metrics; identifying areas for improvement.
Creating a guest-obsessed culture that prioritizes the guest experience and delivers on sales goals.
Leading by example through the service, sales, and company cultural values at all times.
Utilizing the mystery shop and NPS programs to deliver a memorable guest experience in each location.
Creating an environment in our stores that consistently exceeds our guests' expectations.
Actively managing the region's P&L, inventory management, labor costs and KPIs, including accountability for sales-driving initiatives and profitability management.
Conducting regular store visits and maintaining a presence in all stores; identifying problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
Supporting the implementation of company initiatives to deliver operational and sales results.
Recruiting, developing, and retaining top-performing teams; creating succession plans for top talent to minimize turnover and build a talent bench for continued growth.
Ensuring stores adhere to federal and local safety standards, including but not limited to food safety, OSHA, CDC, ADA, wage, and hours laws.
Qualifications:
5+ years of progressive multi-unit leadership experience in retail or restaurants, including leading a region of Area Managers and/or Store Managers
Management experience must include the training, directing, and evaluation of direct reports to elevate performance
Strong analytical skills to diagnose and coach retail teams to improve performance
Must possess excellent and proven people management skills, including resolving conflict, coaching and developing others, promoting teamwork, and performance management
Must be willing to learn and adapt as necessary to accommodate changes in industry and company direction
Strong relationship-building skills along with a capacity to assess priorities both day-to-day and long-term
Strong emphasis/experience in the store operations function and/or guest service industry
Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office platforms
Bachelors' degree or equivalent work-experience
