In this position, you will lead all aspects of cost estimates andmaintainmultiple Site Facilities budgets. Including management oflocal delivery vendorand call out gaps to our current statement of work for:Roads and GroundsPrint Copy ServicesCafé servicesLaundry servicesCriticalEngineering operationsUS WesternFacilityManagementfor line level supportQuality Assurance on Global Workplace deliverySPOC for Site admin team for Western portfolioFinancially responsible forOpExand Capital submissionsCW SPOC on tactical deliveryQuality assurance on GW deliveryLandlord liaisonfor compliance and governance related communicationHow To Qualify:College degree inFacilitiesManagementConstructionProject Management, or equivalent experience5-10 years' experience invariousCorporateReal EstaterolesManufacturing/Semiconductor experienceExperience managing 3rdParty SuppliersIndependent contributor, with proactivementalityAbility to work with multiple levels ofmanagementDesignated trade certificate(s)Budget savvyAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
