Home Health Executive Director or Regional Director of Operations
for the Contra Costa and Solano
area.
This is a full-time, permanent, salaried position with a trusted home health operator. Our client places employees at the forefront. You can expect a salary of
$170,000 to $185,000
per year depending on experience. This role is hiring immediately.

Qualifications
2+ years of experience managing multiple sites as a Director, Regional Director, or Area Vice President in long-term care, hospice, home health, palliative care, or hospital environment
RN preferred
Excellent skills in communication, management, organization, and problem-solving
Proven experience driving census numbers and operational ROI
Responsibilities
Overseeing operations of 2-3 Home Health locations
Managing Community Directors
Managing financials for your territory
Providing support in your territory including licensing, resident care, HR, financial, dietary, and customer care
Collaborating with the VP of Sales, President of Operations, CEO, CFO, COO, and relevant administrative leadership
