Exceptional Opportunity: Regional Director, Patient Services & Operations – White Plains
We are seeking a dynamic and accomplished professional to join our team as the Regional Director of Patient Services & Operations. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing all operational and clinical activities within our network of health centers. The position demands regular visits to all assigned health centers to ensure optimal staffing coverage, excellent patient service, and superior operational performance.
The successful candidate will provide clinical supervision to all advanced practice providers of each assigned center, ensuring the highest quality clinical care to meet our patients' needs. As a member of our Leadership and Patient Services Management Teams, the Regional Director will offer operational and clinical leadership, mentoring, training, and performance evaluation of Health Center Managers and mid-level practitioners in the assigned centers.
Key Responsibilities
Offer clinical supervision and monitor services to ensure quality and adherence to established protocols.
Develop and oversee peer review program to improve the efficiency and productivity of clinical care.
Prepare annual work plans for Patient Services and monitor them throughout the year.
Conduct routine site-visits to provide oversight, supervision, and training for clinical staff.
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations as well as organizational procedures and protocols.
Provide coaching and development to center management team, conducting regular training and service planning sessions.
Develop and maintain a per diem pool to provide uninterrupted coverage for clinician staff.
Promote a culture of integrity, partnership, customer focus, communication, and quality.
Represent our organization to other agencies or organizations as directed.
Qualifications
Graduation from a recognized Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or Nurse Midwife training program. Master's degree is preferable.
Current NYS license in good standing in the area of Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Midwife, or Physician Assistant.
Minimum of five years of relevant management, administrative and program planning experience preferably in a healthcare environment.
Experience working with an electronic health record is strongly preferred.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in women's health including reproductive health care is desired.
Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of staff and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
