For each other, our communities and the world around us.Profile Regional Director Partner Services, NORAMWe are looking for a Regional Director to lead Partner Services across US and Canada. You will be responsible for leading a team of over 170 employees across a distributed environment to deliver on business growth and performance with our accommodation partners. Excellence in partner and employee engagement are key focus areas for this position.  This position reports to the Managing Director of the Americas.Your insights and leadership will be critical in shaping strategic initiatives that drive commercial success, and solidify Booking.com's market leadership across the region.This leader must foster a work environment focused on teamwork and results, consistent with the Booking.com culture. Deliverables include achievement of quarterly and annual business targets, developing talent within the team to enable employee satisfaction and higher performance, and succession planning.The Regional Director is an active part of the Partner Services team globally,  where the Regional Director contributes with peers and global teams on projects and initiatives aimed at positioning Booking.com solidly in a fast changing and competitive environment.We're looking for an individual with a strong background in a consumer-oriented industry (travel-related preferred), successful senior level business development skills and demonstrable success in leading dynamic commercial teams. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and engaged leader with the ability to lead with authenticity, empathy, and hunger for results.This is a US-based role and can be located in any of the US based offices.Key ResponsibilitiesOptimize the business, support further development and significantly increase market share within the regionRepresent the region in the North America leadership team. Effectively execute and operationalize commercial and operating strategies, goals and action plans that optimize growth and profitabilityAct as the regional representative of the company with media and other external stakeholders working in a matrixed environment in close cooperation with our supporting functions like Public Affairs, Legal & Compliance, Public Relations, Risk & SecurityDevelop 'win-win', long-term relationships with external business partnersProvide relevant priorities and influence regional product offerings to deliver relevant solutions for our partnersOperate successfully at all levels within a variety of organizations and cultures across the region. This includes hotels, hotel chains and other accommodationsFurther develop a high performance and team-oriented culture;.
