Join Our Team: Regional Director of Sales

As we continue to expand, we're seeking dedicated individuals to join our Sales team as Regional Directors of Sales.
What You'll Do:
Lead a team of approximately 8-10 Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Learning Environment Consultants (LECs) in identifying and closing new sales opportunities within K-12 schools and public libraries, meeting ambitious prospecting and sales targets.
Recruit, train, and oversee the day-to-day activities of BDRs and LECs within your assigned territory.
Drive your BDR team's efforts in leveraging industry insight tools to target prospects, identify learning environment opportunities, build relationships with key decision makers, and qualify opportunities before passing them to LECs for further assistance.
Foster strategic partnerships with K-12 focused architects, design firms, associations, and agencies to bolster prospecting efforts.
Guide your LEC team in converting qualified opportunities into closed/won deals, overseeing the project management process from needs assessment to post-installation follow-up.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs and expectations are met throughout the journey.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 5 years of business development and account management experience, with at least 2 years of remote team leadership experience, preferably in hunting roles.
Experience in the K-12 Educational market, particularly in Learning Environments/Furniture.
Demonstrated success in a primarily hunting sales role.
Proven ability to strategically design integrated sales approaches and execute them effectively.
Deep understanding of sales strategy, behaviors, models, and measurements.
Strong customer focus and dedication to fostering teamwork.
Ability to develop team members, set goals, and hold teams accountable.
Up to 50% travel required.
