Position Summary:
As the Regional Director of Operations, you will be responsible for the oversight of success of Sales, Resident Care, Compliance, Facilities Management and budget compliance at our Senior Living Communities. Additionally the successful candidate for this position will work closely with and assist with creating, revising and enforcing company policies and with the company's owners, senior operations and clinical professionals in overall oversight at company's communities within the assigned parameters as needed.
Responsibilities:
Ensures compliance with all laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures within the communities
Provides training and support to all team members and promotes quality care and independence for our residents
Conducts regular field audits at the communities within the region with the goal of ensuring all buildings are survey ready at all times.
Responsible for setting goals and objectives for compliance in all departments monitoring progress
Leads regional team training sessions with a focus on industry best practices, new regulations or enforcement trends.
Implement systems focused on improving and creating efficiencies in quality of resident care, resident care staffing models and resident care staff recruitment
Assist ownership and senior management together the facilities' leadership team members on Special Projects, Staff Culture and Quality Improvement Initiatives
Oversight and assist with directing staff recruitment and team building recruitment strategy.
Oversight management of the communities' staffing schedule management to ensure that all buildings are safely staffed at times, residents needs are met and all departments are in budget
Working with management on creating, improving and enforcing policies and procedures for all departments
Filling in as Interim Executive Director if and when necessary
Management and oversight of safe, sensible and fiscally responsible admission and retention policies.
Budget implementation, management and oversight.
Creating non-cumbersome but effective methods of accountability for all company systems and processes.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
A minimum of three to five years of experience in a senior management role in senior living or long-term care environment
Core Trained and/or familiar with all relevant assisted living regulations
Bachelor Degree
Financial acumen and budget management experience
Exceptional problem solving and time management skills
The ability to travel within the region
Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
The ability to set an example of work ethic for all employees and work a full shift, come to work on time and work overtime as needed
The ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation
Preferred Qualifications
A minimum of three years in an Assisted Living management role
Previous experience as an Executive Director / Administrator preferred

Pay: $115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
