Regional Director Of Operations

Full time Regional Director Of Operations - General Practice Veterinary Hospitals - Texas, Oklahoma, Florida, Georgia The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for the overall operations of a group of general practice veterinary hospitals. This includes overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hospitals, managing the staff, and developing and implementing marketing and business plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business, veterinary medicine, and management.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of a group of general practice veterinary hospitals Manage the staff, including hiring, firing, and training employees Develop and implement marketing and business plans Monitor the financial performance of the hospitals and make adjustments as needed Resolve customer complaints and ensure that patients are satisfied with the care they receive Work with other members of the management team to develop and implement new initiatives Qualifications:
