Regional Director Of Operations

Full time Regional Director Of Operations - General Practice Veterinary Hospitals - Texas, Oklahoma, Florida, Georgia The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for the overall operations of a group of general practice veterinary hospitals. This includes overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hospitals, managing the staff, and developing and implementing marketing and business plans. The ideal candidate will have a DVM degree and experience in a leadership role in a veterinary setting.
Responsibilities:
The Director of Regional Operations will be responsible for approximately 15-20 hospitals. Oversee the day-to-day operations of a group of general practice veterinary hospitals Manage the staff, including veterinarians, technicians, and support staff Develop and implement marketing and business plans Monitor financial performance and ensure that the hospitals are operating within budget Resolve customer complaints and ensure that patients receive the highest quality of care Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations Qualifications:
