Regional Director Of Admissions

Job Summary:The Regional Director of Admissions at Paradigm Healthcare, LLC will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the admissions process for our healthcare facilities in the Houston, Texas region. This is a full-time management position that requires exceptional leadership and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare admissions and a strong understanding of customer service principles.Compensation & Benefits:This is a full-time, salaried position with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and retirement benefits.Responsibilities:Oversee the admissions process for all Paradigm Healthcare facilities in the Houston region.Manage and mentor a team of resident services coordinators to ensure a high level of customer service and efficiency.Develop and implement strategies to increase admissions, including establishing relationships with local hospitals and other healthcare providers.Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations related to admissions.Collect and analyze data related to admissions to identify areas for improvement and develop effective strategies.Communicate regularly with facility staff and management to ensure a smooth admissions process and seamless integration for new residents.Participate in budget planning and management for the admissions department.Resolve any escalated customer service issues related to the admissions process.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare admissions, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.Strong knowledge of customer service principles and proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve admissions processes.Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to admissions.Strong leadership and team management skills.Ability to travel within the Houston region as needed.EEOC Statement:Paradigm Healthcare, LLC is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability status, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other characteristic protected by law.
