WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING as a Regional Business Development Manager: Assist District Managers: Collaborate with District Managers to achieve assigned sales goals and provide support in day-to-day operations. Assist Region Sales Director: Collaborate with the Region Sales Director within the assigned region. Represent Lennox Executives: Act as a representative of Lennox executives at region and district events and training functions. Financial Oversight: Assist in overseeing fiscal management within the Districts, ensuring financial goals are met. Market Analysis: Analyze the customer base to identify major sales opportunities, trends, new customers, and product niches. Personal Development: Develop and prioritize a personal development plan, actively seeking broader learning opportunities to enhance leadership skills. Team Leadership Training: Gain the knowledge and skills required to effectively manage a sales team through leadership training and hands-on experience. Mentor Region Team: Develop and mentor Territory Managers, Store Managers, and Counter Sales Associates within the region. The compensation range for this position is approximately $102,850k - $127,050k and will be based on the candidate's qualification, experience, and education. This is a hybrid-based opportunity with 25-50% travel expected. (South Central Region) Ideal candidate would reside in Dallas, TX(surrounding areas) and be willing to relocate for the next role in 12-18 months. Qualifications: Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 8 years related experience. Knowledgeable of the industry and our competitors. Requires knowledge of sales and distribution, financial management, cash management and marketing. Excellent skills in leadership, organization, relationship building, communication and planning. Requires expert abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and managing time. Requires knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems. Knows principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Must be able to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software. Must be able to manage the work of team members to optimize performance.
