Initiates call to physician offices or Payer to complete referral process. Provides updates to patients/offices regarding referral/authorization status. Qualifications: Education : High school education or equivalent Experience : Medical office experience preferred Other : Office operations and computer literacy. Additional languages preferred but not required.
