• Recommend and implement effective sourcing strategy• Source qualified candidates within client's industry• Utilize various recruiting strategies, focusing on passive candidates• Provide exceptional candidate care and pre-screening• Select and qualify candidates based on fit and screening criteria• Maintain timely and accurate candidate information• Pipeline talent and create pre-qualified candidate pools• Maintain contact with talent pool for market intelligence• Engage in informed dialogue with candidates• Develop and implement candidate information initiatives
Requirements
• At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred• Experience within a global organization desirable• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred• Proven ability to recommend sourcing strategies• Strong knowledge of technology• Experience in or knowledge of AGS client sectors advantageous
