Role Overview:
Are you a natural communicator with a knack for sales? Join us as a Sales Executive - Recruitment Specialist and be part of our journey to empower businesses with the best talent in the industry. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in driving new customers to our recruitment solutions, meeting their hiring needs with precision and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our account management team to identify businesses in need of recruitment services.
Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce them to our innovative recruitment solutions.
Maintain high activity levels to ensure we meet or exceed our monthly sales targets.
Work closely with our Senior Director of Recruitment Sales and VP of Talent Acquisition to streamline internal processes and achieve our goals.
Deliver engaging sales presentations to prospective clients.
Secure recruitment contracts and ensure timely billing and collection.
Keep detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources management, communications, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
Previous experience in end-to-end B2B sales, with a proven track record of success.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of full-life-cycle sales experience.
2+ years of cold calling and B2B sales experience.
