Hybrid work setting Company provided laptop Key Responsibilities: Provide guidance and support to the facility recruitment team in their daily recruitment activities. Ensure that all facilities are proactively following up with candidates through the ATS platform. Work with Hiring Managers to advancing candidates through the interview process. Accurate reporting and pipeline management through our ATS Conduct weekly calls with facilities to discuss recruitment strategies and issues. Actively source candidates on platforms like Indeed and Linkedin, including resume searches and headhunting. Make 20+ dials daily to passive and active job seekers Maintain regular communication with Regional Managers and the Director of Recruiting and Retention to address areas of concern. Assist facilities in organizing Job Fairs and other recruitment events. Establish connections with colleges, city chambers, and other influential centers to strengthen recruitment efforts. Oversee the applicant flow and report any concerns to the Director of Recruiting. Qualifications: 2+ years of high-volume sales and/or recruiting experience and/or Bachelor's in HR or similar degree Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent negotiation skills and effective organizational skills Team player, highly competitive with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
