Summary: As part of Team Member Services (TMS), the Recruiting Specialist will provide administrative support for the TMS team on personnel matters and assist with other office administration functions. They will also be expected to support the Recruiting team in various duties to create a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience. This position will be responsible for organizing and developing information and materials necessary for meetings, special projects, and reports and act as a resource for the team in general. The Recruiting Specialist must have exceptional customer service skills, high attention to detail, and strong time management skills, possessing the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with occasional interruptions.
Key Responsibilities: Assist applicants through the hiring process – submitting applications, interviewing with Recruiters/Hiring Managers, and completing required pre-screenings/post-hire documentation Create new requisitions through our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) UKG Recruiting Gateway Post job ads/promotions: LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, other job boards, etc. Schedule and coordinate complex phone, virtual, and onsite interviews Manage external staffing agency relationships, including candidate submission, review, and interview coordination. Audit internal/external job posting boards and monitor the corresponding budget/spend. Create reports?for?distribution?to various internal customers using Excel, SharePoint, Teams, etc. Provide clerical and administrative support for TMS; assist with or prepare correspondence; organize and develop information and materials necessary for meetings, special projects, presentations, and reports? Maintain departmental filing systems including confidential departmental files and records; establish and maintain record-keeping systems, processes, and databases Produce and manage Recruitment SharePoint content Coordinate Domestic and International travel for the recruiting team and candidates Maintain data integrity by ensuring all data is accurate and entered timely Perform other duties, as assigned. What You Bring to Pacific Seafood: Required 2 years of administrative or HR/Office experience Efficient data entry skills and intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Excellent and professional communication skills – verbal and written. Ability to prioritize tasks with the flexibility to adjust and multi-task with interruptions. Prior knowledge working with systems such as: ATS or CRM or Reporting systems Preferred Bachelor or Associate degree from a college or university Marketing experience, preferably in the social media space. Previous project management experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 Annually Total Compensation: At Pacific Seafood, your base wage is only a portion of your overall compensation package.
