Responsibilities
• Provide a highly professional and positive candidate experience to all candidates• Write, post, and update job descriptions for new job openings• Screen resumes and applications for potential job candidates• Conduct initial phone screens with potential candidates• Remain up to date on hiring trends• Build pipelines of top-quality candidates• Compile reports from personnel databases• Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants
