In this role, you'll coordinate recruiting efforts to enable our continued growth and success. You'll work closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth and positive experience. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on recruiting experience and transition into a recruiter role.
**What you'll do:
- Communicate with candidates to guide them through the hiring process
- Create, extend, and manage employment offers
- Initiate background checks and drug screening
- Onboard new hires and set them up for success
- Support recruiters with daily administrative tasks
- Schedule interviews and manage travel logistics
- Troubleshoot IT issues impacting recruiting systems
- Verify applicant information and qualifications
- Draft and post job openings based on hiring manager needs

**You're an ideal candidate if you have:
- 2+ years recruiting coordination experience at a large, fast-paced company
- Experience with ATS like Taleo
- Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and process-driven approach
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a demanding environment
- Interest in learning and growing in talent acquisition
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Self-motivated and able to work independently from home
- Collaborative team player
