In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in our team by crafting sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract top-notch candidates. Our ideal candidate will ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws, while also championing our company's brand through meticulous representation and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal employment laws in executing our recruitment program.
Collaborate with Sourcers to develop effective sourcing and recruiting strategies.
Actively source candidates from various channels including online databases, contact lists, internal databases, and employee referrals.
Utilize networking, cold calling, advertisements, job fairs, and Internet research to engage passive candidates.
Cultivate and nurture a pipeline of passive candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout.
Serve as a professional ambassador for the company to all applicants, employment agencies, universities, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver top-notch customer service.
Leverage tools such as Careerbuilder, Hiring Processes, Workday, and Full Cycle Recruiting in the recruitment process.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruiting role within the construction or contractor industry.
Proficiency in utilizing career development platforms such as Careerbuilder.
Familiarity with hiring processes and procedures, including compliance and regulations.
Experience with Workday or similar Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Demonstrated experience in full cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding.
Proven track record in effectively managing a variety of recruiting activities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
