Job summary
Administer Employment and HR policies and procedures related to recruiting and hiringCoordinate recruitment process including job posting, interviews, and hiringCollaborate with managers to meet hiring targets and needs
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Maintain posting and interview schedules of job vacancies• Create and implement competency-based assessments and programs• Evaluate and verify applicants' qualifications• Extend job offers to selected applicants• Schedule employees for orientation and new hire processing• Conduct training related to employment policies and procedures• Analyze and recommend solutions for employment-related issues• Research and monitor job market and prepare reports• Maintain and update applicant database• Assist with web-based recruiting efforts
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, HR, or related field• 5 years of progressive work experience in employee selection in HR• Experience with Microsoft Office applications• Valid driver's license• Project management or lead experience preferred• Experience in test development, recruiting, and event planning preferred• Knowledge and experience with applicant tracking software preferred
