Recruiter (Ogden, UT) Summary:
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Specialist to join our team in Ogden, UT. You'll play a key role in filling critical direct labor positions, primarily machinists. This fast-paced role involves the entire recruitment cycle, from screening resumes to extending offers and coordinating pre-employment steps.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, contacting applicants, conducting phone screens and interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely responses to inquiries. Coordinate pre-employment steps like drug screenings and background checks. Deliver regular updates on recruitment progress to the HR team and leadership. Maintain accurate records within our HRIS system and candidate flow log. Qualifications:
High school diploma required, bachelor's degree in HR or a related field preferred. Proven recruitment experience, ideally in manufacturing or a similar industrial setting. Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate evaluation methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with candidates and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in HR software and candidate databases. Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment. Benefits of Working Here:
