Recovery Associate

Job summary
The Recovery Associate is responsible for maintaining the store's appearance and cleanliness.They are also responsible for restocking shelves and providing exceptional customer service.This role requires knowledge of product locations and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities
• Return merchandise to the sales floor and maintain well-stocked shelves.• Ensure the store is clean and presented attractively.• Greet customers and assist them in making informed purchase decisions.• Organize, restock, and arrange products for effective displays.• Complete daily department recovery process and maintain department cleanliness.• Adhere to merchandising standards and ensure clean and well-maintained bathrooms.• Demonstrate understanding of safety protocols and proper material handling techniques.• Operate retail equipment and participate in cross-training initiatives.• Participate in learning initiatives and provide internal and external support.• Exemplify Rural King's values and perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain flexible, proactive, and efficient.• Capability to work independently and navigate computer systems and software.• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.• Excellent customer service skills.• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items and use retail equipment.• Close vision for computer-related activities.• Ability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended durations.• Ability to navigate and access all facilities.• Reasonable accommodations provided for individuals with disabilities.
