Recovery Associate

Job summary
The Recovery Associate is responsible for maintaining the store's appearance and cleanliness.They ensure merchandise is returned to the sales floor and shelves are well-stocked.Exceptional customer service is also a key aspect of the role.

Responsibilities
• Greet customers and create a welcoming atmosphere within a ten-foot radius.• Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.• Provide high-quality customer service and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience.• Organize, restock, and arrange products for effective displays.• Maintain in-depth knowledge of featured products and their locations.• Complete daily department recovery process and maintain cleanliness.• Follow safety protocols and optimal techniques for handling materials.• Use office equipment and operate retail equipment.• Participate in cross-training and learning initiatives.• Provide friendly and proactive support to others.
Requirements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.• Ability to work independently without supervision.• Comfortable navigating computer systems and software.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Excellent customer service skills.• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items and use necessary equipment.• Close vision for computer-related activities.
