The position of Record Information Archivist will utilize the online record retention software in terms of organizing documents, scanning, and entering in metadata. The objective of this position is to ensure our record management end to end process mitigates the risk of liability, advance the response time in the event of litigation, ensures records are maintained in accordance with data privacy protection standards, eliminates waste and drives an efficient ongoing cost structure. The main missions of the role are organized are below:Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates paper-based and electronic record forms as they relate to conversion and transition to a paperless environmentFollows and adheres to policies and procedures and Federal, State, and Local regulations.Manage the storage, retrieval, tracking and filing of active and inactive records.Monitor and maintain compliance with laws and regulations related to records.Respond to Division information requests, coordinate the retrieval of information and address questions as necessary.Maintain a comprehensive records retention program.Special projects and analysis will also be distributed and expected.Skill Set Required• Shop environment requiring use of PPE• Able to lift up to 50 lbs• Results orientation with strong written and oral communications skills• Ability to work in a multicultural organization• International mind set• Strong analytical skills and master data mindset• Ability to manage change and process disciplines (process flows, RASIC, description, etc.)• Entry level position with the opportunity to grow/developQualifications :The ideal candidate will have/be:Minimum High school degrees.Pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited university in business, finance, or related field of study.Microsoft windows experience.
