Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Body Art Alliance as a Reconciliation Specialist. You will be an
integral part of the Accounts Receivable team responsible for processing and reconciling sales and cash
transactions as well as invoicing and cash application.
Essential Functions:
Reconcile merchant provider (i.e. credit card, PayPal, Braintree) statements to banking and NetSuite data
Verify sales orders using Signifyd fraud protection Monitor daily activity in sales orders, credit memos and return authorizations to ensure accurate recording
Invoicing sales orders Generate weekly reporting as required including refunds/returns status, COD orders, AR aging, payment status and estimated receiving periods
Process and issue refunds and reconcile refunds and returns with e-commerce platforms, payment providers and NetSuite data
Reconcile order status and sales tax across e-commerce platforms and Netsuite Ad hoc projects as needed Qualifications:
High school diploma, Associate's degree preferred 2-4 years related experience Skills:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Ability to accurately enter information into a computer, access information from a computer, and verify information on a screen
Ability to perform a variety of tasks Motivated, detail-oriented, organized, excellent time management Strong interpersonal and communication skills Service-oriented Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds if needed.
