Responsibilities
• Engage in top-notch customer service• Handle the flow of mail efficiently• Be the welcoming face at the reception• Monitor the front area• Provide guidance and greet visitors warmly• Effectively manage messages• Collaborate on clerical tasks• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front area• Showcase genuine care for residents• Handle additional duties as needed
Requirements
• High school diploma or its equivalent or currently obtaining a high school diploma or its equivalent• Clerical experience in healthcare and/or insurance industry preferred• Basic computer knowledge• Internet experience• Telephone and customer service experience• Experience in Microsoft Office programs
