Responsibilities
• Personally responds to direct request or questions from customers in a timely manner• Responsible for completing daily reception duties during assigned shift• Responsible for communicating critical and informative information to the reception team• Prepared to collaborate with other departments to assist with various requests and shift coverage• Order and maintain office and visit room supplies
Requirements
• Must be 21 years of age or older• High School Diploma or GED required• Ability to pass criminal history background check and drug screen• Acceptable oral and written communication skills• Ability to maintain information as highly confidential• Familiarity with medical and psychological terminology preferred• Skilled in dealing courteously with the public, staff, and patients within the school
