Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Office Administrator. As the first point of contact for clients, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere at our firm. This position requires a multitasker who is detail-oriented, proficient with technology, and possesses excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities :
: Manage incoming calls professionally, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
: Coordinate and assign tasks to team members, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of assignments.
: Maintain a systematic filing system for both physical and electronic documents, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.
: Respond promptly to emails, inquiries, and client communications with a high level of professionalism.
: Provide support in various administrative tasks to enhance office efficiency and productivity.
: Utilize computer systems like the Microsoft Suite, Google Calendar, Hub Spot, and Sparks, and other relevant software application for daily tasks, such as data entry, scheduling, and document preparation. Requirements: Previous experience in a receptionist or office administrative role preferred. Tax experience is a plus Strong organizational, multitasking abilities and detail-oriented Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
