Receptionist

Responsibilities include maintaining patient information services at main lobby reception.
Demonstrate positive guest relations to all patients, staff and visitors.
Serve as representative of Volunteer Services in the absence of Director and coordinator.
Requirements for the position are: 1-2 years experience in similar position/customer service role, preferably in a hospital.
Candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, computer literacy and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in Spanish language is a plus.
Position is full-time (40 hours a week): schedule is 7am to 3:30pm- must work four weekdays and every other weekend (saturday and sunday). Will have one weekday off each week to accomodate for alternating weekend schedule.
