Responsibilities
• Serves as the initial point of contact for everyone entering the facility• Greeting visitors and answering telephones• Assisting with general administrative support functions of the facility• Ensuring residents are treated fairly, with kindness, dignity, and respect• Performing various administrative tasks as directed
Requirements
• Previous customer service experience preferred• High school diploma or equivalent required• Proficiency in office applications may be required
