• Welcoming and assisting customers over the phone, virtual chats, and in person• Managing customer flow and delivering exceptional service to multiple customers• Addressing customer concerns and escalating when necessary• Promoting alteration services and maintaining store standards• Responding to customer questions and building long-term relationships• Assisting with sales promotions and visual updates• Performing other assigned duties
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent degree• 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel, service, or specialty store• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds• Proficiency with computer and electronic devices
